“ I don’t believe I have ever recommended a tradesman of any sort; but David Lachyani is unlike anyone with whom I have previously dealt. David was one of several contractors with whom we spoke about reclaiming a large piece of unused land halfway down the canyon slope. His creative solutions were such a wonderful breakthrough that there was no question of his superiority over all the others with whom we met. Of course, big ideas are one thing, execution quite another, and in that regard I cannot say enough. His subcontractors always arrived on time, worked a full day and did what can only be described as simply fine work. The original job finished well ahead of schedule, but by that time we had added the resurfacing of the driveway and a complete repainting of what you know is a very large house. Once again everything was completed on time and precisely to our specifications. And the pricing was by far the most competitive. Particularly impressive to us is David’s ability to cope with the inevitable snags and issues that attend any construction project; no matter what the issue or time of day, David could be reached and could be counted on for a prompt response. I give you but one example: because of the height at which we live, the water pressure from our main is very variable As a consequence, an irrigation pipe laid by one of the subcontractors inadvertently burst. We were away at the time and when we returned home the street below us was flooded with water, mud, and other debris. It was quite horrifying, and I felt very helpless as it was very early on a Sunday morning. I called David. He was there within ¾ of an hour, spoke to each of my neighbors personally, gave them his home number with a promise that it would be cleared up within 36 hours. And it was, even though it required three or four trucks to remove the amazing amount of material. And although some of my neighbors are, shall we say, a little finicky, he satisfied each and every one and I would say that incident improved rather than diminished my local standing. But here’s the best part: because he felt the subcontractor should have paid attention to the problem of the regulator he absorbed the entire cost of this himself. In fact he did not charge for any change order if we presented him with a change in enough time. And, it seems, we always did. The other surprising point to all this, is that his original prices were remarkably competitive; it wasn’t as if he had begun by overcharging me and therefore absorbed these costs. That simply wasn’t the case. I wish all my experiences with contractors and construction would be this easy and pleasant. As I say, you know I am not given to these kinds of letters- but this fellow is superb.” – August 22, 2011 

I just had to tell you how impressed I was with Hi-Tech Builders Inc. I had dreamed about this kitchen ever since I can remember. I have loved cooking since a little girl. I told your project manager about my dream, he put it on paper and Hi-Tech Builders Inc. made my dream a reality. I absolutely love my new kitchen, especially the new island. My husband is gaining weight, because I just feel like cooking all the time now! Just had to say thank you so much!

Wanted to say THANKS for the great job you did on my kitchen. Never realized that there would be so much detail. Thank goodness for the guy who managed the project. He took care of everything and every detail. Heck, he even went to the tile store with me and helped me pick out the tiles. He was such a knowledgeable guy. I worked with contractors before and sometimes it was a nightmare. I never had a contractor who took me around to people’s houses who he had done their kitchen before. Thank you for giving me hope. I inherited my house from my parents. One of the bathrooms hadn’t been used in 10 years. It was, so I thought, hopeless and beyond repair. Everything was wrong. I just bought a house in Pacific Palisades. The house was in perfect condition besides the nasty looking backyard. I Google’d for construction companies in my area and came across your company and decided to give you a call. I am in the entertainment business and it was very important to me to have a backyard that was elegant in design and could attract a large amount of my guests. I wanted a beautifully designed backyard that was intact with my strict budget. Hi-Tech Builders Inc. did just that. They created a beautifully designed, elegant backyard.
