We hired Hi-Tech Builders to convert our detached garage to an ADU. From the initial meeting to the final inspection, the whole Hi-Tech team was professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. They worked very hard and efficiently, which was really important for us as we wanted to stay on time and under budget. Most importantly, they listened to our questions and took care to implement exactly what we wanted from start to finish. Karen and the rest of the office team were super-communicative and made sure we were always aware of the next day’s schedule, which helped us with planning. Our foreman, Hector, was just the nicest guy and he made to address all of our concerns promptly and with professionalism. Before we decided to do the ADU conversion, my wife and I were a little hesitant with undertaking such a large project on our property. But now that it is done, we are so happy that we made the call to Hi-Tech and now we have a beautiful space for our kids to hang out during quarantine and for our guests to stay comfortably. I would highly recommend Hi-Tech for any renovation or conversion project.

We hired Hi-Tech Builders to help us remodel our bathroom and it was amazing. This was our first remodeling and they were very communicative and upfront with the process and costs which was very reassuring. We reached out to other companies but found Hi-Tech Builders to be the most personal and helpful with their suggestions. We started the remodel right before the COVID-19 outbreak which made finishing the job difficult, but they went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn’t be left without a functional bathroom. They were very committed to helping us and we will definitely use them again.

Recently hired Hi-Tech Builders for a simple bathroom remodel. A great experience and enthusiastically recommend them!
We knew what we wanted, did our homework, and spoke with a number of contractors before meeting and hiring May. She and her team were great, professional, and good with communication from start to finish. Over the years, having done a few projects with different contractors… it’s always a complicated process – coordinating between many different tasks/vendors, and one choice can have a ripple effect on others down the line. Hi-Tech understood what we wanted, made suggestions when appropriate, and got ahead of our questions. We are really happy with our new bathroom, would def hire again.

David and his team from Hi-Tech did a phenomenal job with our kitchen remodel! My fiancée and I wanted to give our kitchen an upgrade and had some ideas but what really did it for us was picking a contractor with a design background. David is a contractor and a developer in Los Angeles and helped us tremendously with backsplash, tile, paint, and countertop ideas.

Karen, Hi-Tech’s project coordinator, was very thorough in notifying us what was going on each day before David’s team came in. All and all, painting cabinets, installing handles/hardware, installing new backsplash, countertops, and tile, the remodel took 3.5 weeks. Great turnaround time! Before and after pics attached!

I was pleased with how promptly they send an evaluator/project manager and how they got my Insurance to increase the payment to repair my toilet water leak damage. The job was well done and my bathroom looks great now!!

It is a real pleasure to write a review of Hi-Tech Builders and share our excellent experience.  In July we had water damage in our home and we hired Hi-Tech Builders to remove the water damage and replace our kitchen entirely. The very best thing about our experience with Hi-Tech was the outstanding flow of communication, led by Bhey in the office.  Phone calls and emails kept us very informed with each part of the project.  We knew who would be coming each day and at what time.  If any changes were required, Bhey was all over it, but most of all, Bhey was very polite and upbeat.
We are very pleased with the quality of the work throughout our home.  We have a brand new kitchen with new floors, cabinets, sink and hardware, and we love it.  Due to the fact that we did not plan for a re-model, but rather were forced into the situation due to the water damage, we needed some time and encouragement for decisions about how the new kitchen would look.  David was a great help in this area.  He provided advice and suggestions, but he always gave us time and resources to make the best decisions for ourselves. The electrical panel was replaced and the floor and cabinets in the bathroom were also replaced. 
The people who came out to complete the work were professional and friendly.  In particular the tiles and cabinets transformed the look of our home and we love it.  We are very satisfied with a job and are confident that if any issues arise in the future, Hi-Tech will be there to partner with us and stand behind their work.

My husband and I have been working with Hi-Tech Builders for several months, and we could not be happier. On a technical side, the work that has been done has been superb and impressive; their staff is knowledgable, does quick and quality work and have been very attentive to our current and future safety. More than that, though, I have been impressed by the quality of service and customer care. From the beginning they were there to advise us, and several times they have gone to bat for us against the insurance company to ensure that we are getting what we really need from them. The Projects Coordinator we worked with called frequently to check in and make sure we were happy, and they’ve been very accommodating around our schedules and availability. All in all I can’t think of one thing that I would change about their service; they were absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend working with them.

I just want to say that Hi-Tech Builders are the best I had them remodel two bathrooms and they are absolutely beautiful they were very accommodating and courteous and very professional thank you guys so much for all your help and all your hard work.  If you guys ever need references just have them give me a call

Our apartment building had extensive water damage due to a broken pipe in an upstairs unit.  Hi-Tech did a great job of repairing the upstairs unit and the unit below who sustained most
of the damage.  We found Hi-Tech to be very reliable and easy to communicate with.  They even went the extra mile when needed. The finished work is exactly as expected, and we would definitely call them again.
